Why don't you charge per lead or per lease?
Many states (including Texas) restrict paying unlicensed parties for referring tenants. A flat monthly advertising fee keeps every partner compliant, keeps our verification independent, and keeps the math simple for you.
How do leads reach me?

Can a paid listing skip verification?
No. Featured and sponsored placements are labeled, and every community still goes through the same policy confirmation. That independence is why renters trust the badge — and why your leads convert.
What if our policy changes?
Tell us and we update the listing the same day. Communities that add breed restrictions are removed from the directory — our renters only see places that will say yes.
How do I submit a community?
Use the form on this page or email nuvapaws@nuvapaws.com with your written pet policy. We confirm it, publish the listing with a Verified badge, and send you the link — usually within five business days.
