What NuvaPaws is
NuvaPaws is an information service. We publish pet-policy facts about rental communities — including whether a community restricts dog breeds, the pet fees it charges, and the date we last confirmed that information with the property.
What NuvaPaws is not
- We are not a real estate broker, agent, or apartment locator, and we do not represent any renter or property.
- We do not screen tenants, take applications, or guarantee approval. Every application is decided by the property.
- Listings are not offers to rent. Availability, prices and policies are set by the property and can change at any time.
Verified badge
“Verified” means the community’s written pet policy was confirmed with the property or its management company on the date shown. Policies can change after that date. Always get the pet policy in writing from the property before paying an application fee or signing a lease. If you find a change, use “Report a change” and we will re-check within 48 hours.
Pet Resume Builder
The Pet Resume Builder is free. The document is created in your browser and belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in it.
Advertising and affiliates
NuvaPaws is supported by clearly labeled advertising, featured placements and affiliate links. Paid placement never changes a community’s verification status. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy or republish the directory, submit false reports, or use our forms to send spam. We may remove content or block access to protect renters and properties.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuvaPaws is not liable for decisions made in reliance on listing information, or for the actions of any property, partner or advertiser.
