Last updated: October 2026. NuvaPaws (“we”, “us”) operates nuvapaws.com, a U.S. directory of rental communities with no breed restrictions. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Form details you type in — name, email, phone, move-in month, budget, pet details and your message when you request information, ask us to find you a place, report a listing, suggest a community, or contact us.
- Basic analytics — pages viewed, device type and approximate region, used in aggregate to improve the site.
- Pet Resume Builder — the resume is created in your browser. We do not store the information you enter, your dog’s photo, or the finished document on our servers. If you choose “Email”, the text version is sent to the address you provide and is not kept.
How we use it
- To send your request to the property or local partner you chose to contact, and to follow up if they do not reply.
- To answer your questions and keep listings accurate.
- To send you the single confirmation email you asked for (we do not send newsletters unless you opt in).
What we never do
- We never sell or rent personal information.
- We never share your details with anyone other than the property or partner you asked us to contact, and the service providers (email delivery, hosting) that make the site run.
- We do not screen tenants and do not make or influence any rental decision.
Affiliate and advertising links
Some links (for example renters or pet insurance) are affiliate links. If you click one and buy a policy, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. These partners have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
We use only functional storage (for example, to remember communities you saved in your browser) and standard analytics cookies. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Your choices
Email nuvapaws@nuvapaws.com to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. We respond within 7 days. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights described in those laws; we honor them for every user.
Children
NuvaPaws is for adults searching for housing. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
